The mission of the North Jersey Christian Softball League is to provide fellowship among Christians through the game of softball. It is the league's expectation that the players fielded by each team for each game should be affiliated with the church that the team represents. The league understands that allowances must sometimes be made for outreach or new member solicitation purposes, but those allowances should be minimized (i.e., 1 - 2 players). Any team that is unable to support this requirement must immediately submit a written statement to the league explaining their circumstances. If circumstances require a team to bring non-member and non-roster players to a game, it is the responsibility of the captain to make the other team aware of the situation and circumstances.
